= Software requirements =

To run Phoebe, the following platform must be set up:
 * A web server with PHP support (e.g. Apache, IIS)
 * PHP >= version 5
 * PHP extensions:
    * XSL
 * A database supported by PEAR:MDB2 (NB: only !MySql has been tested).
 * PEAR
   * MDB2
   * MDB database driver (e.g. MDB2_Driver_mysqli)
   * MDB2_Schema
   * XML_Serializer
 * ~~[http://openidenabled.com/php-openid/ JanRain PHP OpenID Library]~~ (OpenID currently disabled)
